My 50-year-old mother had been putting off her left knee replacement for silly reasons. A few months back she met her friend who had undergone a TKR here and was singing paeans of this place.

She decided to bite the bullet and asked me to get the appointment and have the surgery set up. The doctor duly processed the request, and she underwent a left knee replacement this past May. We are highly impressed by the way she was treated here. Everyone who had a hospital badge was professional, empathetic, attentive, helpful, and friendly.

They did not waste any time when she pressed the call button — all in all, enjoyable experience.

We would not hesitate to be back here for any medical need

Took my father to the HMH ER today after he ended up injuring himself following a freak accident. Even though the wait was not something which we had anticipated, the care which he got later on made up for the disappointment. The staff was outstanding. They took excellent care of him. The whole hospital had a lovely family feel. Won’t hesitate to come back if the need arises...

Boy, the extent to which these people will go to inflate the bills….

I was at this ER after having symptoms of food poisoning. Hardly had I seated myself on the chair, the nurse came up and offered me a Dilaudid shot. I politely turned her down. After a two-hour wait, I was taken back to the room. The doctor did not even thoroughly evaluate me but ordered blood draw, an EKG, MRI as well as few other tests which had no link to the primary complaint.

I had to ask them the relation between these tests and food poisoning, and they had no clue. I knew the reason – just to inflate my bill, nothing else.

Once they realized that I could not be fooled, they ended up giving me IV and potassium fluids. These bozos again offered me narcos, and for the umpteenth time, I had to remind them that I was not a junkie and did not need any medications for treating drug overdose. I was happy that I got out of this place alive.

Pathetic!!!! Won’t be back!!!!
