There, once again I had to visit AdventHealth for routine lab work after hours and once again they do what they are best known for – messing up the whole thing. The AdventHealth staff do not have the slightest idea of what they are doing.

I was redirected to ER registration for lab work since the main registration was closed. I go to the ER registration, and I encounter the same guy whom I met during my last ER visit. He was the guy who said that he had no idea of how to do a patient registration. I nearly fall upon seeing him. He smiles at me and says, “I know how to register for simple lab work.” I say okay, and the bozo ends up registering me as an inpatient…..

Guys, cant you train people to do simple patient registration for lab work. If that is a big problem, then please put people who do know how to do this important task. Surely, you guys have not heard the following “right man at the right place for the right job.”

AdventHealth rocks!! They are customer oriented and do care for their patients. I had brought my 75 YO mother who was having severe back pain. We checked in, and the staff got a wheelchair for her when they came to know she was having difficulty walking. She gets seen right away, and her vitals are taken, and the on-call doctor walks in within five minutes. She checks my mother and gives a steroid shot and some anti-inflammatories and pain killers. My mother immediately starts feeling better, and we are discharged. Thank you AdventHealth for such great service!!! I will recommend this hospital

My fiancée was not feeling well, and stopped on her way to work at AdventHealth Emergency Room and was immediately taken into the treatment room. Chest x-ray ends up showing her with pneumonia, and she gets admitted. She ended up staying at Advent Health for nearly a week. We are happy with the way she was treated. Everyone, right from the doctors to the housekeeping staff provided an exemplary service

I am pleased with the hospital. I visited this hospital with a friend of mine and was highly impressed by the way they treated her. A few days back, I felt very uneasy and went to nearby urgent care where they advised me to visit an ER for better diagnosis and treatment. I visited this ER and was immediately taken in. They imaged me and diagnosed me as having fluid in my stomach, and the amount was excessive and would need to be removed with the help of a needle. They admitted me. They not only removed the fluid from the body but also gave painkiller when I informed that I was having severe pain all over the body. The medical staff was amazing. A big shout to all those who treated me. Thank you!!

I went to AdventHealth ER on 12/04/19 with my wife. The overnight staff was amazing. The nursing team was polite, efficient and very thorough!!! The doctor was also great and had excellent bedside manners. Thanks to them, my wife is on the mend.
