I never had more shitty ER experience in my life than what I had here!! The PA who saw me, Dana Johnson, was a big pain in the “you know where.” She was HORRIBLE. She was the single reason why I had such a torrid time at this hospital. If you want to seek emergency services, then it would be better if you visit Honor Health or Banner Thunderbird. There, you can at least be assured that you will get proper care, unlike this hospital.

Dana Johnson does not deserve to be in this profession at all…she is a complete misfit. Ms. Dana Johnson, you are not a doctor, so get down from your high horse and act a human being. And yeah, it would be good if you learn some manners also…

For Abrazo Arrowhead, money is the first and last criteria, and it does not bother them if their patients are provided inadequate care or even misdiagnosed.

I had a nasty fall and immediately felt something snap in my shoulder and hand. I was not able to lift my hand without any support. My colleagues bring me to this place. The intake nurse took her sweet time in getting me in and then made me wait for three hours in the waiting room. Despite me telling her I was in severe pain, no pain meds were forthcoming.

The doctor was yet another idiot. He said it was a minor pain and gave me some mild pain meds. According to him, this was not a severe case and did not warrant a high dose of med.

My colleagues took me to another hospital, where I was seen within minutes, and immediate surgery was ordered. Thanks to these wonderful angels, I am doing great. Won’t step back into Abrazo Arrowhead!!!!

My father had been to this hospital a few months back for a left knee replacement. This is one hospital that is staffed by a great group of caregivers. He was in the hospital for a week, and every person whom we interacted with during his stay here were amiable and helpful. Whenever we wanted something, all we needed to do was ask these wonderful nurses and it was done in a jiffy. All of our questions were also answered promptly.

The nurses who were involved in my father’s care were excellent and very friendly. They made it a point to talk with him and always encourage him to think positive and believe that he was going to walk without any problems. Highly impressive

I had to wait for some time in the ER, but it was due to a massive rush of patients when I was there. If that is ignored, then I had the best possible ER visit. Despite there being an enormous rush, there was movement, and the nurses were very helpful. The nurse kept us updated about our status.

Long story short, the wait in the ER was worth it, because I was treated by a wonderful doctor who gave me a patient hearing and then took my opinion while treating me. I felt very happy about being involved in my care. Very rare nowadays….

The best hospital!!!! When compared to Banner locations like Baywood, Gateway, and Desert, this hospital is exceptional. The hospital treats you like a human being. You are not just any other number for them. Very happy with the exceptional care I received here
